1. Shipping Locations
We do our best to deliver across India to all serviceable pincodes. However, bulky & fragile glass items may have limited availability due to shipping and handling restrictions and may not be deliverable to all locations.
In case of any doubt regarding delivery availability, please contact us before placing your order.
2. Shipping Charges
Standard Products
⦁    Orders below ₹2,000: ₹120 shipping
⦁    Orders ₹2,000 and above: Free shipping
⦁    Applicable to standard products up to 3 kg.
Bulky / Heavy Products
⦁    Shipping charged at ₹40/kg
⦁    Bulky products are not eligible for free shipping.

3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:
⦁    Delhi: Up to 3 business days
⦁    Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
⦁    Other Locations: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier availability, weather, holidays or other circumstances.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared through the available communication channels.
5. Pincode & Bulky Products
Certain products, particularly heavy or bulky products, may have different serviceability restrictions. If a product cannot be delivered to your pincode, you will be informed before the order is completed.
6. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, mobile number and pincode. Delays or additional charges resulting from an incorrect address may be the customer's responsibility.
7. Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or otherwise has a delivery-related issue, please contact us through WhatsApp at 8447083615 as soon as possible.
8. Shipping Partner
Orders may be shipped through Shiprocket and its associated courier partners.
